Liquid & Gas Pressurization System

The system is applied secondary pressurization of gas, liquid and other media. The output pressure after gas pressurization can reach up to 210MPa, and the output pressure after liquid pressurization can reach up to 1500MPa.

Pressurization range: 0~210MPa (gas), 0~1500MPa (liquid);

Pressurized medium: air/nitrogen/nitrogen/oxygen/hydrogen and other gases, water/oil and other liquids;

Drive mode: pneumatic-0.7MPa/electric-380V 50Hz;

Pressure accuracy: ±0.5%FS;

Control accuracy: ±1%FS;

Control mode: manual/automatic.
Gas Pressurization System:

Gas assist, hydrogen fuel, air bag filling, physical foaming, gas recovery, CNG compression, hot isostatic pressing, etc.;

Air tightness testing of various pump bodies, valves, pipe fittings, pressure vessels, sensorsand other products;

Gas filling, gas supply and distribution, launch system, engine testing, bomb inflation, comprehensive gas supply control system, etc.;

Various media outputs, multiple output pressure controls, computer-controlled pressure regulating air supply, etc. are optional;

Non-standard configurations are available.

Liquid Pressurization System:

Hydraulic source, power source, high-pressure cleaning, ultra-high-pressure self-reinforcement treatment, burst strength test and isostatic pressing process are used for compressive strength testing.

Applicable to most gas media such as air, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen (please consult us for special applications);

Some adopt water cooling system, suitable for continuous working conditions;

Lubrication-free design, no heat generation, suitable for explosion-proof occasions;
